The software team has done important research in order for next team to continue the nematode project. The goal of the software time this year was to Gather the necessary info, so that we can convert the thermal images that we get from the drone in to usable data to detect the presence of nematodes. The research that we have found has consisted of image stitching, color reading, data analysis and outputting the data in a readable format. All of our research is based on the idea of using python script was our base because python is an easy to use and it’s open sources software that any body can easy learn and use. In the end we have prepared the next team to continue are work that we have started.
