Stakeholders are different groups of people or a person that benefits from a product. Then each different group of people or a person can be identified into a listing requirement. Our listing requirements are Client Organization, Maintenance, End-user, and Target Audience. Different people in the groups edit stakeholder groups differently, but they have written the need for each stakeholder group.
Client Organization is a group of people or a person that has responsibility in regards to making the decision to buy the product. First, our groups wrote contracts and communication to the client organization, Fresno Discovery Center. Then, our groups list the need for Fresno Discovery Center. Finally, our groups served the client organization’s needs by creating a very interactive and educational display on the topic of permafrost. It is important to the project, so we can serve the client organization perfectly.
Maintenance is the provision of different sorts of support to the project. First, we listed different kinds of supports for the maintenance in each stakeholder group. Second, our groups defined how different kinds of supports are helping the project to go smoothly. Finally, our groups provided more details to the projects and made a summary of it. It is important to the project because it affects the due dates of every step that needs to take in the project.
Our End-user and Target Audience are very similar to each other. The only difference is end-users are people who use the product and the target audiences are the specific group of people that product aims to sell to. First, our groups determined children and parents are both the End-users and Target audiences. Then, our groups decided that it will be most important for the success of our product that the children will be having fun while also learning about the permafrost. Finally, our groups noted the importance of parents who are accompanying their children should also be learning about permafrost.
Overall, as a team, our task is to serve the client organization’s needs. Then we can use all sorts of supports from maintenance to make the project go smoothly. Finally, we must make our End-user and Target audiences happy. For our team it is important to know the different stakeholder groups because this will let us better plan our project and focus on who we are making a product for.
